BSB Mecca is a statistics and history site for the British Superbike Championship. Every race result, every championship table, every rider career, in one searchable archive that runs from the TT Formula 1 era of 1988 to the current season.
The site holds more than 31,000 individual race results across 229 races and 765 riders (August 2026), with championship records for every season since 1988. Results from the current season are added within days of each round.
Who runs it
BSB Mecca is built and edited by James Burfield, a search and data specialist who has spent 20 years building websites and the last few of them building motorsport databases. He also runs Motocross Mecca, the same idea applied to world and American motocross, with results going back to 1952.
The reason this site exists is simple: British Superbike racing deserves a proper statistical record. The championship has run since 1988, produced some of the best domestic racing anywhere, and until now there was no single free archive where you could trace a rider’s whole career or compare champions across eras.
Our data promise
Every result on this site comes from official timing data or from sources we can verify against it. Where the record is incomplete, we say so rather than guessing. The methodology page explains exactly where each era’s data comes from and what the known gaps are.
